Natrium Coral Cove will feature 504 architect-designed homes built over the next 10 years on a 41.5 hectare site located at Coral Cove, just 20 minutes from Bundaberg. Construction of bulk earthworks and civil works has begun. The ground breaking ceremony is celebrating the commencement of the clubhouse and the first stage of homes.

At the heart of the community will be the $18 million clubhouse and wellness facilities, which boast:

• IDC Construct has been awarded the contract to build the Clubhouse, a stunning community hub for future residents.
• Azura Building Group has been awarded the contract to build the first 68 homes, including a new sales suite and four display homes.

Economic impact
With an initial construction budget exceeding $51 million in the first year, Natrium Coral Cove will make a significant immediate contribution to the Bundaberg regional economy. The development is estimated to generate 600 direct construction jobs and provide a much-needed influx of high-quality homes for active and independent over 55s.
