At Stratford Gardens in Tahmoor, the Douglas Family Wellness Building has now officially opened, introducing a beautifully considered space for residents to move, recharge and connect.

The opening brought together residents, team members, guests, Mayor Matt Gould and Judy Hannan MP, Member for Wollondilly. Named in recognition of Bill and Gail Douglas and their family’s longstanding connection to the historic Stratford House, the building brings together contemporary wellbeing, community connection and local heritage.

It is a thoughtful addition to daily life at Stratford Gardens and a reflection of Vivacity’s ongoing investment in the spaces, facilities and infrastructure that allow its communities to continue evolving.

In Coffs Harbour, progress is also gathering pace at Valis by Vivacity Property, with the official sod turning scheduled for September.

Valis has been envisioned as a calm, landscape-led oasis, offering a refined escape from the pace of urban life. Warm textures, natural materials, integrated greenery and courtyard-style living will shape a boutique, resort-inspired environment grounded in comfort, colour and connection to place.

The September sod turning will mark the beginning of the next phase for this distinctive new community and bring its vision another step closer to reality.
