In Boambee Valley, Coffs Harbour, we are continuing to progress plans for one of our newest communities in one of New South Wales’ most desirable coastal regions. This future community reflects our commitment to thoughtful over-55s living, as well as our focus on investing in regional communities, supporting local trades, engaging local suppliers and working with the people who know these places best.

In South Australia, Lakeside Resort in Goolwa has entered an exciting new chapter. With a refreshed identity, pre-loved homes currently available and preparation underway for future expansion land, Lakeside represents an important addition to the Vivacity Property portfolio. This achievement demonstrates our ability to identify, reposition and elevate established lifestyle communities with long-term potential.

At Tallowood Medowie, Vivacity Property is celebrating a significant milestone as our first community enters its final stages. As a foundational community, Tallowood represents where our journey began and what our vision set out to achieve: a connected, welcoming and thoughtfully designed community where residents can live with confidence and belonging. Its final release is not only a sales milestone, but a reflection of the enduring appeal of lifestyle-focused over-55s living.

At Stratford Gardens in Tahmoor, we are preparing to unveil a series of new lifestyle enhancements, including the Wellness Pavilion, pickleball court and bowling green. Designed to support physical, social and emotional wellbeing, these additions will further enrich the resident experience and create more opportunities for connection, movement and everyday enjoyment. Together with the community’s Country Club, indoor swimming pool, gym, cinema room, games spaces and social areas, these new amenities reflect our belief that over-55s living should support every aspect of wellbeing.

Across our communities, we also have a dedicated resident app, creating a more convenient and connected community experience. Residents can access events, book facilities, communicate with their Community Manager, receive updates and manage maintenance requests from their smartphone.
