Complete your details on this referral form.
3. Refer a friend
Pass the referral from to your referred friend to complete their details and sign the referral form.
4. Complete the referral
Your friend must bring the completed referral from back into our sales and information centre to submit to our sales team prior to entering into a home purchase agreement or resale agreement.
5. Settlement
Once both you and your friend settle your purchase agreement (as applicable), and subject to both you and your friend complying with the terms and conditions of this promotion, we will issue each of you with the incentive.

What is the Refer & Reward program?
It’s a referral initiative where both you and a friend each receive a $1,000 reward when your friend purchases a home in a Vivacity Property community.
Who is eligible to refer someone?
Anyone who is an existing Vivacity Property customer who has exchanged contracts and paid a full deposit or has already settled on their home.
Who can I refer?
You can refer a friend, family member, or anyone who is not already a Vivacity customer and who would benefit from joining a Vivacity Property community.
How do I make a referral?
Follow these steps:
- Get a referral form from a participating sales centre or download it above.
- Complete your section.
- Have your friend complete theirs.
- Your friend must submit the completed form to the sales team before signing a purchase or resale agreement.
- After both of you settle your agreements, you’ll each receive the reward.
What is the reward and how is it given?
Each party receives a $1,000 reward. You’ll have it transferred to your account, and your friend will get a $1,000 discount at settlement.
When does the promotion end?
The promotion ends on 1 May 2026.

Lighting up Stratford Gardens 🎄✨
Residents came together to light up Stratford Gardens, decorating their homes, entering the festive light-up competition and taking home some well-earned prizes. The celebrations continued with a Christmas market created by residents, for residents, full of festive finds, friendly faces and plenty of holiday cheer.
We welcomed our new Stage 2 residents with a festive Christmas get-together filled with warm hellos, good cheer and easy conversation. A lovely way to celebrate new neighbours and the growing Stratford Gardens community.
