Exhibition of Biodiversity certification – Chain Valley Bay
Vivacity is pleased to advise that the biodiversity certification for our upcoming new community at Chain Valley Bay has been endorsed for public exhibition. In accordance with Clause 8.6 of the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 the exhibition documents are available for viewing below.
The NSW Biodiversity & Conservation Division will also upload the relevant documents (application/assessment report) on their “Have your say” page to allow for public feedback. Submissions should be made using the instructions on the have your say page.
